  • So interesting for me because I plan on moving to Portugal in the not too distant future. I also have had fun in the past with buying old properties and making them our dream home before selling them and moving on to another project. It means for many years of our 50 years married we have lived in building sites and once habitable have sold up and moved into a new building site.
Money is somehow always available for what we need to do and set our minds on having, so I have no doubts that you will reach the 40 goal and go on beyond that if you wish. God bless.

    • Graham, I have one regret and one big dislike about Portugal—- The regret is that we did not move sooner, the dislike is buying eggs in the super market, we have such generous neighbours, most of who keepo chickens, that if I have to buy eggs I feel I have failed.

Let me know when you start looking and I will point you to some helpful websites

  • Looks an interesting project. Turning the donkey shed into a pantry so I assume you’re not going to have a donkey then!
